MOX燃料を用いた高速炉実証炉では、被覆管の内面腐食を抑制するにMOXペレットの酸素/金属原子数比（O/M比）を1.95以下に調整する方法が提案されている。本研究ではMOXペレットを熱処理した際の、昇温～高温保持～冷却に渡るO/M比の変化を熱分析装置で取得し、そのメカニズムについて酸素ポテンシャルや拡散の観点から評価を行った。
