生と死の狭間における臨床倫理

循環器治療の発展は、補助循環の進化、構造的心疾患（SHD）に対するカーテル治療などをはじめとして目覚ましく、カテーテル治療医の治療選択肢は増えている。一方で、高齢化が進みACP（advance care planning）が不確実な状況で重大な意思決定の局面に直面するケースは後を絶たない。こうった社会背景の変化も踏まえて、救急・集中治療領域においては、2025年に終末期医療に関するガイドライン改訂が行われている。<br>HEPTは基本的緩和ケアを実践するスキルを身につけることを目的とした心不全緩和ケアトレーニングコースである。CVIT会員のなかでも受講者は増えていると思われ、インターベンション領域での緩和ケアスキルの重要性はますます高まっている。<br>本セッションでは、ガイドライン改訂の内容を踏まえて、いかに循環器集中治療と緩和ケア的アプローチを両立・共存させるべきかを実臨床のケースをもとに議論したい。
