Submission of papers
Thank you for your submissions. Following the conference program committee's review, a total of 99 proposals have been selected: 68 for oral presentations, 9 for roundtable discussions, 7 for planned sessions (including book-talks), and 15 for poster presentations.
About the Conference (Presentation) Papers
- Participants who have been selected for the general oral presentation and special session categories must submit their papers by 23:59 Tuesday, 20th May 2025. Participants in roundtables are not required (optional) to submit a paper (whether it is a general or individual presentation). Poster presentations do not need the submission of papers.
- The conference accepts conference (presentation) papers for the general oral presentation and special session ranging from 4 to 16 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Submissions must follow the formatting guidelines stipulated by the regulations. These coference papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings, which will be published in PDF format. An access link to these proceedings will be provided to all participants prior to the conference. Failure to submit the paper by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the presentation. The abstracts submitted for roundtable and poster presentations will be included in the Conference Proceedings as summaries.
Regarding the poster
- We encourage those interested in poster presentations to review the guidelines and prepare accordingly. Based on the host institution's circumstances, further details will be provided closer to the event.

- Notification of acceptance/rejection: Friday, 11th April.
- Deadline for report paper submission: Tuesday, 20th May.
