◆Reception Announcement

• On Saturday, June 21, following the plenary session, a reception will be held on the 1st floor of the Hokkaido University Co-op North Cafeteria. This event aims to foster discussions and networking among participants.
• The reception will feature:
  • An awards ceremony for poster presentations
  • Dishes made with local Hokkaido ingredients and specialty menu items
    
    We encourage all participants to join!
    
    
• Participation Fee:
  • General member: ¥4,000
  • Student member: ¥3,000
    (Includes food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks)
    
    
• Registration - registration for the reception is done through the same system as the conference participation registration.
