本チュートリアル・ワークショップでは、認知処理療法（CPT）の基本的な考え方や治療構造、臨床での活用を理解することを目的とする。また、我が国においてCPTの有効性検証や、診療報酬改定における位置づけを概観するとともに、現在進められている普及・実装の取り組みについて紹介する。さらに、心理教育の工夫やウェブサイト、漫画などを活用した支援資源の実践例を通して、臨床現場に導入していく際の視点や課題について考える機会とする。本チュートリアル・ワークショップは導入的内容に位置づけられるが、より実践的に学びたい参加者への情報に関しても提供予定である。
