In the large-scale integration of quantum dots, efficiency improvements are needed, such as reducing the number of wiring connections and increasing the number of readouts per unit time. IQ encoding, which plots reflection coefficients on the IQ plane in RF reflection measurements, is one potential solution. In this research, we demonstrated that for four-state two-bit readouts on the IQ plane, signal spacing can be adjusted by tuning gate voltages, and phase differences can be controlled using field-effect transistor structures. We then explored the optimal conditions for these adjustments.
