[15p-P05-14] Computation on work function of multilayer graphene on SiC(0001) using ESM method

In this study, we conducted research aiming to more precisely evaluate the influence of the interface between the substrate and graphene on SiC by utilizing the recently developed Effective Screening Medium (ESM) method. As a result, the work function of the bilayer was determined to be 4.32 eV, and it was found that the work function increases as the number of layers increases.
