The presentation reports the observation of quantum effects with the thinning of the well layers in MgZnO/MgO multi-quantum wells (MQWs) fabricated by mist-CVD. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements revealed satellite peaks, confirming the formation of a layered structure. Additionally, cathodoluminescence (CL) measurements at room temperature demonstrated a blue-shift in the emission wavelength with the thinning of the well layers, providing evidence for the manifestation of quantum effects.
