Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum 広島平和記念資料館	Visiting 来館案内

Participants of the 59th Annual Meeting of the JSDB will be granted free admission to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum upon presentation of their Participation Certificate. We encourage you to visit the museum before the conference begins, during breaks, or after the conference concludes.

DATE:June 8 - June 13
TIME:7:30 am – 7:00 pm

 

＜Important: Advance Reservation Required＞
To manage crowds, advance reservations are strictly required for the following time slots:

• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

(Instructions) Entering During Your Reserved Timeslot 

● For Domestic Visitors: Asoview

1. Purchase a "0-yen ticket (for those exempt from admission fees / others)" on the Asoview website. https://www.asoview.com/channel/ticket/1gUIyAqFog/ticket0000026921/

2. Upon entry, show your name badge (Participant Badge) to the museum staff and inform them that you have already obtained your web ticket.

3. Scan your web ticket at the ticket reader located in front of the escalator leading to the 3rd floor.

● For Overseas Visitors: Klook

1. Purchase a "Tour guide (exemption of admission fee)" ticket on the Klook website. https://www.klook.com/en-US/activity/106669-hiroshima-peace-memorial-museum-permanentexhibitions-admission/

2. Upon entry, show your name badge (Participant Badge) to the museum staff and inform them that you have already purchased your web ticket.

3. Scan your web ticket at the ticket reader located in front of the escalator leading to the 3rd floor.

 

日本発生生物学会第59回大会の参加者は、参加証を持参すれば平和記念資料館常設展示の拝観料が無料になります。学会の開始前、隙間時間、終了後などに、ぜひ足をお運びくださいませ。

開館時間：7:30－19:00

混雑対策として，7:30～8:30及び17:30～18:30の時間帯は事前予約が必要です。

②入館時、資料館のスタッフに名札（参加者章）を提示する際、WEB チケット購入済みの旨を伝える。

③3 階に向かうエスカレーター前に設置してある認証機に WEB チケットをかざす。
