Oral presenation

1. Computer for oral presentation

Presentation should be given with your own PC connected to switcher next to the podium.

o   Make sure to bring any necessary electrical adaptors and connectors for your computer.
o   The meeting venue will provide HDMI cables for connecting to PC switchers. Macintosh and certain kinds of Windows computers require an appropriate connector to fit a HDMI plug.
o   The electricity runs on 100 volts and 60 hertz in Hiroshima.
o   The screen ratio is 16:9. DO NOT use the 4:3 layout for your presentation.

2. Presentation registration
Please come to your session room at least 15 minutes prior to your talk, and connect your PC to a PC switcher.

Poster presenation

Poster board size: 900 mm (width) x 2100 mm (height)

※Only insect pins are permitted.（貼り付けに利用できるのは虫ピンのみです）
　If you need assistance with poster mounting, please ask a staff at the poster room.（ポスター貼り付けに補助が必要な場合はポスター会場スタッフにお申し付けください。）

• Please leave a 200 mm x 200 mm blank space from the top left corner for the organizing committee to indicate your poster number.
• Please stay (or stand) in the vicinity of your poster during your assigned discussion time. Be sure that every poster presenter is assigned to give explanations his/her poster on Day2 and on Day3.

For Poster Award Candidates (Only students)

Judging criteria:
・ Clarity of the abstract
・ Clarity of the poster
・ Clarity of the presentation
・ Ability to handle questions
・ Originality/Interest of Results

Judges will visit your poster either on Day 2 or Day 3. Please make sure to be present at your poster at the assigned time.
Winners will be selected finally by judges and the organizing committee.
Results will be announced at the Day 3 Reception (Thu, June 11).
