JSDB2026では、ワールドカフェをオンサイトで行います（初日6月9日10:00から12:00までの2時間）。今回は日仏合同大会として、フランス発生生物学会の研究者にもご参加いただける予定です。アジアから欧州に広がる人脈を作る良い機会になりますので、奮ってご参加ください。
At JSDB206, we will hold an on-site version of World Café (one and a half hours from 10:00 to 12:00 on the first day, June 9th). As this meeting is co-organized with the French Society of Developmental Biology, participation by researchers from France is expected. The meeting will offer an excellent opportunity to foster researcher networks spanning Asia and Europe, and we cordially invite your participation.

About World Cafe／ワールドカフェについて

ワールドカフェは大会の参加者どうしの繋がりを最大限に高めるイベントです。参加者全員が５〜６人のグループに分かれて、グループ内で自己紹介、研究紹介、ディスカッションを行います。これを繰り返すことで、全く新しい出会いや共同研究のきっかけをプロデュースします。大きな会場で、これまですれ違うだけだった方々の間に繋がりを作るのです。できるだけ多くの方々に参加して頂きたいと思います。
The World Café is an event that maximizes the connection between the participants of the conference. All participants are divided into groups of five or six, and within the groups, they introduce themselves, their research, and have discussions. By repeating this process, we produce opportunities for completely new encounters and collaborative research. In a large venue, we create connections between people who have only passed each other in the past. We would like as many people as possible to participate in this event.

準備する物／What to prepare

A4程度の紙、ノートPC、タブレットなどに自己紹介用のプレゼン資料を用意して下さい。ポスター発表や口頭発表がある人は、その内容をまとめたものでも構いません。 Please prepare presentation materials for self-introduction on A4 size paper, notebook PC, tablet, etc. If you have a poster or oral presentation, a summary of that presentation is also acceptable.

スケジュール（予定）／Tentative Schedule

まず10:00に、アステールプラザ4階の大広間に集まって下さい。5〜6人掛けのテーブルを用意しますので、各自、知り合いのいないテーブルに着席して下さい。各テーブルには司会役のファシリテーターが待機しています。
Please gather at the Oohiroma on the 4th floor of the ASTERPLAZA at 12:00 p.m. Tables for 5-6 people will be set up, so please take a seat at a table where you do not know anyone. A facilitator will be waiting at each table to serve as a moderator.

まずは最初に、各自１分間、プレゼン資料を使って自己紹介してください（5分程度）。
First of all, each of you should introduce yourself for one minute using the presentation materials (about 5 minutes).

次に、各テーブルのファシリテーターが話題提供をする人を指名します。ポスターや口頭発表の宣伝をしても構いません（10分以内）。２人の方に話題提供してもらい、25分経ったら第１ラウンド終了です。
Next, the facilitator of each table will nominate a person to give a topic. You may advertise your poster or oral presentation (within 10 minutes). 2 people will be asked to give a topic, and after 25 minutes, the first round is over.

第１ラウンドが終わったら席替えの時間です。前回とは異なるテーブル、できるだけ知り合いのいないテーブルに座って下さい。第２ラウンド開始です。第１ラウンドと同様、全員の自己紹介と２名の話題提供で25分間です。全部で３ラウンド行います。何人の方と出会うことができるでしょうか？ After the first round, it is time to change seats. Please sit at a different table from the previous round, a table where you know as few people as possible. Round 2 begins. As in the first round, you will have 25 minutes for everyone to introduce themselves and for two people to discuss the topic. There will be three rounds in total. How many people will you be able to meet?
