A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted with 16 international students enrolled in a technical university to investigate what they consider to be the ideal learning environment. The analysis revealed several major determinants, including the attractiveness of Japan and partnership programs, as well as several issues, including language barriers and a lack of clear information.
