Our presentation reports on a measurement tool and assessment method for short-term study abroad programs. We developed the MGUDS-S Japanese version for these programs and assessed them after the COVID-19 pandemic. The assessment results were shared with the faculty and staff and connected to the PDCA cycle for program quality assurance and improvement.
