機械系学科における電動機に関する教育内容の補充を目的とし，電気自動車競技を題材とした教材開発を行っている. 消費電力予測シミュレーションにおいて学生が様々な特性のモータを選択できるデータベース作成のためにモータコアの作成と性能測定を行った.
