日立グループでは、海外の日立グループメンバーが受講可能な社会イノベーション人財育成研修が求められている．そこで日本人向けに提供しているSIL研修を踏まえたグローバル版のSIL研修開発の取り組みとその評価，今後の課題について紹介する．
