At Osaka Institute of Technology, graduate students participated as project managers in a project-based learning (PBL) course for first-year students. Through activities such as drawing instruction and progress monitoring, they supported the improvement of technical skills and teamwork among undergraduates, yielding positive educational outcomes. The project managers themselves also had valuable opportunities to enhance their management skills and reinforce their technical drawing knowledge.
