This study examines the content and effects of Nagoya Institute of Technology's career support program for female junior high and high school students in the field of engineering, titled “Open the Door to Engineering.” In particular, it demonstrates the impact of online information provision and experiential events on the psychological barriers that female junior high and high school students face in pursuing careers in engineering, based on free-response comments from a questionnaire.
