At Ichinoseki Kosen, an educational reform is underway to transform all classes into inquiry-based lessons. In this context, lesson design plays a crucial role, and the use of generative AI has proven effective in streamlining its development. At the same time, it has become evident that teachers' facilitation skills—those that cannot be replaced by generative AI—are increasingly vital in this new era of education.
