To support the “Development of Human Resources for Next-Generation Core Technologies” at Asahikawa National College of Technology, a stepwise programming curriculum integrating Scratch and Python was implemented in the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering. This paper presents the instructional design and educational outcomes of the initiative.
