In recent years, the term "reasonable accommodation" has become increasingly common. This paper summarizes examples of reasonable accommodation and addresses challenges in providing them in engineering higher education institutions, as well as cases where faculty members are struggling to cope. This paper will then provide a basis for discussion among participants in this OS/WS.
