In this presentation, we introduce an international project-based learning (PBL) program on the manufacturing of a wind turbine equipped with a wind lens. The program was jointly organized in 2025 at Osaka Institute of Technology by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, together with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Can Tho University, and Chiang Mai University.
