This research focuses on a casting and molding method utilizing skin molds formed via coating films, using prototypes fabricated by widely accessible material extrusion 3D printers without requiring specialized equipment. In this paper, the model size is scaled up, and the proposed method is implemented on a one-third scale chair model.
