This study positions student ambassador activities as a form of “internationalization at home,” which focuses on international learning opportunities within the campus, and examines their educational significance. In particular, it explores how students change through participation in these activities. Through semi-structured interviews, the study aims to clarify the relationship between engagement in the activities and the process of constructing self-efficacy.
