In nuclear power plants, workers are frequently provided with preliminary safety education using virtual reality (VR); however, adapting to dynamically changing conditions within these facilities remains a challenge. To address this issue, we propose the development of a system capable of just-in-time generating VR training materials in response to real-time situational variations.
