This report details the evolution of the Student Eco-Run Project over the past four years and outlines strategies for addressing challenges. While the team achieved second place in the competition by improving its technical skills, organizational issues such as an excessive workload became apparent. We describe our efforts to build a sustainable organizational foundation through the creation of standard operating procedures and the implementation of the PDCA cycle
