This study reports a faculty-led DX initiative in TESP, a short-term international program at Tohoku University. A low-code system using Google Workspace and GAS integrates Forms, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail to automate admission notices and visa documents, addressing inefficiencies and errors without IT expertise. Results show significant reductions in workload, time, and errors. It demonstrates low-code potential for staff-led DX, scalable to other programs for sustainable university administration.
