The Osaka Metropolitan University College of Technology stands out for its unique character and is currently proceeding with its relocation to the Osaka Metropolitan University campus, scheduled for April 2027. Amidst these developments, a veteran actor who had dropped out of the College delivered a monologue on a television program about physics education in the early 1970s. Taking this as an opportunity, the author—a graduate of the college’s fifth class—reflects on physics education at that time.
