The "Kanagawa Techno-Future Program for Girls," funded by JST, supports junior and high school girls in pursuing STEM careers. This report summarizes two years of survey data from the "Single-session Experiential" and "Continuous Lecture" programs. The results show that both formats effectively encourage proactive and concrete career decision-making among students.
