Employees participated as supporter instructors in the inquiry-based learning program “Hitachi Mirai Innovator Program,” organized by The Hitachi Global Foundation, and supported students’ learning through dialogue that encouraged their thinking. This report describes the educational impact of the program, the learning gained by employees, and the process of expanding the initiative.
