This paper reports on an on-campus hackathon at NIT Suzuka aimed at providing students with Scrum development experience. The program included technical training and a three-day intensive development phase. Using three-hour sprints and KPT retrospectives, students successfully built web applications. While the iterative process and reflection were effective, challenges in task decomposition and role clarity were identified for further curriculum improvement.
