[3D12] Update to Node-RED about IoT System Developing Lecture using Raspberry Pi for KOSEN Students

We conduct IoT courses using a Raspberry Pi connected to a device board. We modified the system development environment to use Node-RED and implemented it for KOSEN students. As a result, students could build the system focusing on data flow, including hardware operation, user interface creation, and intercommunication.
