At Tomakomai KOSEN, three educational initiatives — semiconductor career education, DX/GX education, and entrepreneurship education — were implemented in common subjects across all departments, centered on industry-academia collaborative education utilizing external human resources. This presentation reports on the overview of each educational initiative and the results of effectiveness verification based on pre- and post-surveys.
