For the purpose of developing semiconductor human resources in KOSEN (National Institute of Technology), a learning unit was developed to enhance students' understanding of the semiconductor industry. This unit was implemented on a trial basis within existing courses of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the Advanced Course. This report presents the contents of the unit and the results of its practical application.
