Registration

■ Date & Time: March 21, 2026 (Sat) 8:15 – 16:30

          March 22, 2026 (Sun) 8:15 – 15:00

          (Various committee meetings will be held on March 20, 2026 [Fri])

■ Venue: Kitasato University, Sagamihara Campus, IPE Building, 2nd Floor

 

Registration Method

1)For pre-registered attendees:.

 Please carry the participation certificate you downloaded and printed from the website. You will receive a printed program at the reception desk.

2) On-site attendees:

 Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk on the day of the event. You will receive a participation certificate, the program and a receipt.

 

Program 

Programs will be handed out at the registration desk on the day of the event.

 

Lunch

Please note that while there are restaurants, convenience stores and other establishments in the vicinity, the number of facilities is limited.

Those wishing to order a packed lunch (¥1,200 per meal) should apply at the time of registration. (Advance booking only) ※Please book by 23 January.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the building and the whole university campus area.

 

Cloakroom

 *We will not be able to accept valuables, so please carry any valuables with you.

 We will not be able to keep your baggage for two days. Please pick up your baggage by the end of the cloakroom hours on each day.

 

Reception

■ Date & Time: March 21, 2026 (Sat) 18:00 – 20:00

■ Venue: Kitasato University, Sagamihara Campus, IPE Building, Cafeteria

*Only those who have registered in advance may attend. Those who have paid the banquet fee will be marked on the participation certificate.

 

Nursery

As there is no childcare facility within the venue, please make use of Sagamihara City's ‘Sagamihara Holiday Temporary Childcare Service’.
