Call for General Abstracts

Please upload your PowerPoint file from the slide registration screen by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. Additionally, when creating your file, please check the instructions in the "Guidelines for Speakers and Chairs." Ensure that the file name is in the format "PresentationNumber_PresenterName.ppt" or "PresentationNumber_PresenterName.pptx" before registering.
Abstract submission is open to non-members, but you must be registered as a member of the Japanese Society for Parasitology by the time of your presentation. It takes time to complete the procedure, so please enroll as soon as possible.
When registering your presentation topic, please select the appropriate category from the following classifications that best matches your presentation content.

The acceptance or rejection of your abstract, along with the date and time of the presentation, will be announced in mid-January to the email address you provided when submitting your abstract.
- All abstract submissions will be accepted via online registration by clicking the button below.
- When you first submit your abstract, you will be asked to obtain an account for abstract submission. It is your responsibility to keep the login ID and the password that you set when you obtained your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot your password? on the login screen to have your password reissued.
- When submitting an abstract, you may enter up to 30 affiliated institutions and up to 20 authors.
- Title should be no longer than 70 characters and abstract should be no longer than 700 characters.
- After your abstract submission is completed, an email notification including the receipt number will be sent to your registered email address. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive it, your abstract submission may not have been completed. Please check your registration details and if it is not complete, please re-register.
You may review, modify, or cancel your abstract as many times as you like until the abstract submission deadline.
To confirm, modify, or cancel your abstract, please log in to the abstract submission system using the login ID and password you obtained at the time of abstract submission.
- The poster session will be held in the 4th Floor Lounge, IPE Building.

- Poster Mounting Instructions
- ① Confirm your presentation number and mount your poster on the designated panel.
- ② The display area is approximately A0 size (119 cm high × 84 cm wide).
- ③ Please include the title, presenter’s name, and affiliation at the top of your poster. The presentation number will be prepared by the secretariat.
- ④ Mounting materials (such as adhesive tape) will be provided by the secretariat. Pins are not allowed.
- ⑤ Please remove your poster by yourself during the removal period. Posters left after the removal time will be discarded by the secretariat.
- ⑥ Poster printing and mounting services will not be provided. Please make your own arrangements.
- Please check the login screen of the system for the recommended browsers for the abstract submission system. Even if you have accessed the system using the recommended browser, you may not be able to submit your abstract depending on your computer environment. If you are unable to submit your abstract, please try submitting your abstract from another computer with a different computer environment.
- Please note that the line will be very busy just before the submission deadline, so please register as soon as possible. The secretariat assumes no responsibility for incomplete abstract submissions due to congestion.
- The secretariat will not be held liable for any information entered incorrectly by the submitter him/herself. Before clicking the “Register” button, please be sure to check that the contents are correct.
