・The banquet fee is not included in the conference registration fee and must be paid separately.

・Due to venue arrangements, on-site registration for the banquet is not available. Participation in the banquet only is not allowed.

・On-site payment will be accepted in cash only. Credit cards or e-money will not be accepted.

・Even for free participation, advance registration is required for banquet preparation.

・“Students” refers to undergraduate or graduate students. Proof of enrollment (e.g., student ID) may be requested by the Secretariat.

• All registrations must be made online via this conference website.
• Please manage your login ID and password created during registration. The Secretariat cannot reissue them.
• Payment for advance registration is accepted by credit card only. If credit card payment is not possible, please contact the Secretariat.
• After completing registration, a confirmation e-mail including your registration number will be sent. A separate payment confirmation e-mail will be sent once payment is completed. If you do not receive them, your registration or payment may be incomplete.
