1. Chairpersons are requested to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and ask for the staff as soon as the previous session finishes.

2. The chairperson will be responsible for the progress of each session.

3. Presentation times are as follows

   　　Symposium: Will be announced individually.

   　　Best Presentation Award (BPA): 12 minutes for presentation, 6 minutes for questions

   　　General oral presentation: 8 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for Q&A

3. The slide data file name should be “abstract_presenter_name.ppt” or “abstract_presenter_name/ppptx.

4. Please bring a USB flash drive containing the presentation data as a backup in case the submitted slides cannot be used.

5. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation and take a seat at the front of the room.

6. The computers for presentations in the lecture rooms use the Windows version of PowerPoint.

7. You are expected to operate the PC on the podium yourself during your presentation.
