[3G08【若手学会賞】]Development of gapless detection methods for ultra-broadband infrared pulses using solid surfaces and their applications to vibrational spectroscopy
*Shunsuke Tanaka1 (1. National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology)
I developed two gapless detection methods for the ultra-broadband THz pulse: The first one is AMCD method, and the second one is SFG detection. Both methods are very simple compared to previous gapless detection methods. Now, we started to apply the detection method to various vibrational spectroscopy such as time-resolved, ultra-broadband vibrational spectroscopy and ultra-broadband vibrational sum-frequency generation spectroscopy. I think that our developed detection methods and spectroscopic methods would be very powerful tools for investigating various kinds of systems including surfaces and interfaces.
