[3B11] Characterizations of 2D Semiconductor-Metal Interfaces by STM

Epitaxial growth of metals on monolayer 2D semiconductors, especially TMDs is achieved in our experiments. Also, an in situ method to bring the STM tip to study the metal-2D interfaces is developed. We therefore can show the structures and electronic properties of monolayer 2D semiconductors contacted with different metals.
