　・Please download your participation certificate in advance → print it out and show it at the reception.
　　We'll give you a holder, so please hang it around your neck and enter the venue.

　【If attending on the day (without prior registration)】
　　We only accept same-day sign-ups if we haven't reached full capacity.
　　① At the reception, we’ll ask for your name and contact info and take your business card.
　　② We'll give you a name holder, so please put your business card in it.
　　③ We’ll send the invoice for the social gathering later as an email attachment.
　　④ Please check the invoice and go ahead with the payment.
　　　We don't accept cash payments. Thanks for understanding.
