【Registration Steps】

　1.Getting an account　

About Account Registration (in Japanese)

　　①If you already have an account: enter your email address and password to log in
　　②If you're not sure whether you have an account: enter your email address and check.
　　③If you don’t have an account: Sign up for a “New Account” → Log in

About changing account details (in Japanese)

　　You can change your account information whenever you need to.
　　After making the changes, an email titled 'Notice of Account Information Change' will be sent.

　2.Presentation Application (Abstract Registration)

About submitting a presentation (in Japanese)

        After logging in, start the registration from 'New Abstract' under 'Abstract Submission' on the top page.
　　　→Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the application form → Registration complete.
　　　→You’ll receive an email titled 'Notification of Abstract Registration' at your registered email address.
　　　→Your presentation application (Abstract Registration) is complete once you receive this email.

　3.Final Submission

About the final Submission (in Japanese)

　　Start registration from 'Final Submission' under 'Abstract Submission' on the top page.
　　　→Follow the on-screen instructions, upload the your presentation paper(PDF/A4size)→ registration complete
　　　　*Oral presentation papers only. No need for the poster PDF.
　　　→You’ll get an email saying 'Post Submission Received' at the email address you registered.
　　　→Your final submission is complete once you receive this email.

　4.Participation Registration

About Participation (in Japanese)

　　①From the 'registration page' on the top page, check the on-screen instructions and then choose your participation fee and payment method.
　　②After completing the payment process, your registration is complete.
