①Oral Presentation
・Presentation 12 minutes, Q&A 3 minutes (planned)
・In principle, presentations are held at the local venue.
・Using the PC set up at the venue
・English presentation possible
・Submit the presentation data before the day of the presentation

②Poster Presentation
・A0 size, English poster possible
・Poster Sessioon：Thursday, November 26 17:00-17:30
・Poster Exhibition：Thursday, November 26 10:00-17:30 /Friday, November 27 9:00-17:00
     Post  the printed poster in the designated place. 
     ※Moving in：Thursday, November 26 9:00-16:30 or Friday, November 27 9:00-12:00
     ※Moving out：Friday, November 27 17:00-17:30
・Upload a poster image for viewing (e-poster)

③Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation

・Limit on the number of presentations： Limit the number of presentations per person to one.
      If you are submitting multiple papers by yourself, please register a different presenter for each paper.
　  In the case of a paper presentation and a poster exhibition on the same theme, both will be considered as one project.

・Presenter Requirements：Being a member of JWEA and having paid the annual membership fee
     ＊If you're not a member yet, please complete your membership registration and pay the annual fee by Friday, October 30.

・Please note that when compiling the program, if the number of submissions for general research presentations exceeds the available slots, we may ask some presenters to switch from an oral presentation to a poster presentation.
・If you’re presenting with the same organization or group and have a preferred order for your presentation, please contact the secretariat (info@jwea.or.jp) by Wednesday, September 30.

※Poster presenters, please put a QR code with your contact infomation (email address) to the right of the 'Title / Researcher Name'.
    You can include information other than your email address, too.

• JWEA Excellent Presentaion Prize: Excellent oral presenter (Student members and individual members under 35)
• JWEA Poster Prize：Excellent poster presenter (Individual or group of JWEA members )

    *The winner will be decided after the symposium. We'll contact the winner by email.
    *The award ceremony will be held at next year's general meeting.

　2.Acceptance Notice：Monday, October 5, 2026 – Tuesday, October 6, 2026
　　・Notifying acceptance or rejection by email

　3. Final Registration：Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 10:00 AM– Friday, October 30, 2026, 5:00 PM
　　・Oral presentation: Submit the paper(PDF)
　　・Poster presentation: e-poster submission (scheduled Friday, November 6 – Friday, November 20)

　4. Participation Registration：Thursday, September 24, 2026 – Thursday, November 20, 2026
