Participation Registration
If you want to join this symposium, you need to register in advance.。
If you're a regular presenter (oral or poster), you need to register for participation in addition to submitting your abstract.
*Except for some invitees.
- Your registration is complete once you fill out the registration form and finish paying the participation fee.
- If the payment isn't completed by the due date, your registration will be invalid.
- We won't be accepting cash registrations on the day of the event.

You can only choose Mizuho Bank transfer if the above method isn’t available due to your organization’s circumstances.
※If you register to participate on or after November 21, you won’t be able to choose Mizuho Bank transfer.
※If you're transferring via Mizuho Bank, it takes time to confirm the payment, so we recommend paying by credit card or transferring through Aozora Bank.
Cancellations after registering will be accepted until Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
We'll refund the participation fee you've already paid, but if there are any fees, the person who registered will have to cover them.

- You can download invoices and receipts as PDFs from the registration site(Confit).
- Participation certificates can be downloaded from Friday, November 13 (only for those who have completed payment).
- Please bring the printed participation certificate to the venue on the day.
