Registration and Submission

The manuscript needs to be submitted for an oral presentation and poster session at the conference. The manuscript should be no longer than A4 2 pages with the template and fit one of the themes of the conference described above. It should be submitted directly to the conference submission system. The submission system will open from 1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026. (pls see Call for abstracts)

Selected papers will be considered for a special issue in JACT.

The registration fees are detailed in the table below. They include the dinner on the 29th of September 2026. They are subject to slight adjustments at the opening of the registration. The registration is also done through the conference submission system.

Additionally, doctoral students as well as master's students who register for this conference(2nd MC3 Conference) are eligibile to join in "Doctoral school".  The checkbox for the registration of "Doctoral school" will be displayed  in the process of the registration for this conference on the web site.  Don't miss it if you are interested.
