Registration and Submission

The manuscript needs to be submitted for an oral presentation and poster session at the conference. The manuscript should be no longer than A4 2pages and fit one of the topics of the conference. It should be submitted directly to the conference submission system. The submission system will open from 15 January to 30 April 2026. (see important dates)

The registration fees are detailed in the table below. They include the dinner on the 29th of September 2026. They are subject to slight adjustment at the opening of the registration. The registration is done through the conference submission system.
