Registration and Submission

The manuscript needs to be submitted for an oral presentation and poster session at the conference. The manuscript should be no longer than A4 2pages with the template and fit one of the themes of the conference described above. It should be submitted directly to the conference submission system. The submission system will open from 1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026. (pls see Call for abstracts)

Selected papers will be considered for a special issue in JACT.

The registration fees are detailed in the table below. They include the dinner on the 29th of September 2026. They are subject to slight adjustment at the opening of the registration. The registration is also done through the conference submission system.(pls see Registration)

Registration Fees

There is no early bird fee for this conference.

Standard registration	150,000 JPY
JCI or RILEM members	135,000 JPY
Students	100,000 JPY

VISA Application

We only assist visa applications of conference participants presenting their work. To receive assistance, we kindly request to submit a paper, as well as registration and payment of the fee.
