Visa 

Please be careful of visa requirement for travel to Japan under participants own responsibility.
As of October 2025, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 74 countries and regions.

Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, and you are required to obtain visas to enter Japan, please contact 2nd MC3 Conference Secretariat(mc3_2026@nta.co.jp). 

*Please note that the secretariat will only provide visa support to those who have completed payment for the participation registration. 
In this case, more than one month are required for visa acquisition.

To request for visa invitation documents, 
Please download and fill-in a "Form of Visa Questionnaire & Schedule of Stay" below,
then submit the filled form to 2nd MC3 Conference Secretariat (mc3_2026@nta.co.jp) as soon as possible.
Each person should submit their form separately.
