September 8 (Tue)    8:15 a.m.–1:00 p.m. *(Registration will be available at the poster presentation venue from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

September 9 (Wed)    8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m. *(Registration will be available at the conference social event venue from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

September 10 (Thu)    8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

 

●Bringing Your “Event Participation Certificate”

All participants must complete the “Registration and Payment Process” via the event website's “Registration System” by the day of the event. Please download and print your personal “Participation Certificate” in advance and bring it with you.

● On-site Check-in

When you arrive for the first time, please check in at the “Conference Reception Desk” (Multipurpose Room A15, 1st Floor, Building A, Fukuoka Institute of Technology) by presenting your “Participation Pass.” Upon check-in, you will receive: ① the program booklet, ② a name tag holder, and ③ a stamp rally sheet.

*Name tag holders are color-coded based on whether you are participating in the “Conference Social Event.”

 

●Wearing Your “Name Tag”

Insert your “Name Tag” into the name tag holder and wear it around your neck at all times while inside the venue.

 

●Use of the Break Room

The break room is located on the 3rd floor of Building A, in rooms A31 through A35 (*A34 is unavailable).

Light meals are permitted in the break room. Please take your trash with you whenever possible.

 

●Use of the Bookstore and Student Cafeteria

Participants in this event are also welcome to use the facilities at Fukuoka Institute of Technology.

Building B, 1st Floor: Restaurant OASIS, 7-Eleven / Building C, 1st Floor: A&S Learning Café

●The entire campus is non-smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the university. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas outside the campus.
