Introduction. About A-Pass Accounts
STEP 1. Create or Log in to an A-Pass Account (using the presenter's or co-author's account)
STEP 2. Register Presentation (author information, title, abstract, keywords)
STEP 3. Upload Presentation Manuscript PDF (Upload the main text manuscript)
Introduction.
All presenters registering for this conference, regardless of whether they are individual members or non-members of our society, must create a new A-pass account.
★Individual members of our association (regular members and student members) must read this:
Furthermore, individual members of our society (regular members and student members) must complete “Member Authentication” after creating an A-Pass account and before registering a presentation or applying for participation. This completes the link to the individual member-exclusive website “Member My Page”. Only accounts with completed member authentication can proceed with procedures specific to their membership category.

If you are interested in joining our association or are currently in the process of applying, please create an account after your membership has been approved.
The membership application process typically takes at least seven business days from the time the admission fee and membership dues are paid until board approval is granted. We ask that prospective members allow ample time for this process. (Please note in advance that if you do not have a “referrer,” the process may take more than one month (business days).
STEP 1. Create or log in to your A-Pass account
Abstract Registration and Revision Period: Until 12:00 PM (Noon) on 2026/6/17
Preparation
Creating an A-Pass account requires the following information for one of the presenters or co-authors. Please prepare this information in advance.
- Full Name (Japanese, English, and Furigana required)
- Email Address (required)
- Phone Number reachable on the day of the conference (required)
- Affiliation Name (Japanese and English required) and Department
- Address
- MMIJ Membership Status: Regular Member, Student Member, or Non-Member (required)
※If you are currently in the process of applying for membership, please create your account after your membership is finalized. - For MMIJ members, include your membership number
Creation Method
Account Creation/Login URL: https://mmij.confit.atlas.jp/login
(The presenter or co-author) should access Confit (the online application system) and create an A-Pass account or log in.
※Individual members (Regular/Student) of our association must create an A-Pass account and then, before registering a presentation or applying to participate, complete “Member Authentication” to link it to your member My Page.
STEP 2. Presentation Registration
Presentation (Abstract) Registration/Revision Period: Until 12:00 PM (Noon) on 2026/6/17
*Presentation registration information cannot be revised after this date.
Preparation
The following information (1-9) is required for presentation registration. Please prepare it in advance.
- Full author information (Japanese/English) [Name / Affiliation / Society membership status (member/non-member)]
- *At least one presenter or co-author must be a full member of our society. However, this requirement does not apply to invited presentations.
- Presentation Field
- Presentation Session Field: Please select your first and second choices from the Session List.
- Presentation Title (Japanese/English)
- Abstract: Japanese (500 characters) or English (300 words) maximum
- Keywords (Japanese/English)
- Whether the presenter is a “Student” or “Non-Student”
- (Poster presentations only) Do you wish to be considered for the “Young Investigator Poster Presentation Award”? (Members only)

While logged into your A-Pass account, click the “New Registration” button in the web registration system to proceed to the presentation registration.
STEP 3. Upload Lecture Manuscript PDF
Proceedings Manuscript (Main Text) Upload Period Until 2026/8/5 at noon (12:00 PM)
reparing the Manuscript
Presenters must create their web presentation manuscript (6 pages maximum, including figures and tables) using the manuscript format Word file. After preparation, upload the data file converted to A4 size PDF format.
*Please create your Word manuscript consisting solely of the “main text.” The title, author information, keywords, and abstract will be entered directly via the web form during STEP 2. Therefore, please do not include these in your Word manuscript.
*The manuscript template for this conference is currently being prepared. We will post it as soon as it is finalized.
*This is different from the PPT data used for the presentation on the day. PPT data submission is not required. Presenters must bring their own notebook PC and PPT data.
Submission Method
Account Login URL: https://mmij.confit.atlas.jp/login
Log in to your A-Pass account. Confirm that the “Final Submission” button appears in your “Submission Information” section, then proceed to “Final Submission (Manuscript Data)”.
After uploading the PDF data, be sure to click the “Next (Confirmation Screen)” button to fully complete the submission.
*Please note that uploaded presentation manuscripts will undergo content review by the Spring/Fall Conference Committee. The Committee may request revisions based on its judgment.
