Terms and agreements for Speakers at our spring or fall conference.

If you have registered as a speaker in any session at this conference, you are considered to have agreed to Declaimer and Terms for Speakers, Guidelines for Quotation, and Notes for Participation and Presentation.

Poster-presentation's registration qualification

Poster Session's Presentations

Presenters may be members or non-members; however, at least one co-author must be a “Regular Member” at the time of registration.

Student Presentations

※Registration with student authors only is not permitted.

When registering a presentation, you must include at least one regular member as a co-author and obtain your advisor's approval of the content before registering.
If any issues arise with the registration information, please consult your advisor in the same manner.

About the Young Researchers’ Poster Presentation Award

The “Young Researchers’ Poster Presentation Award” will be presented to those who deliver particularly outstanding presentations during the poster session at the Society’s Fall Conference.

Eligible candidates are regular members or student members who are under 35 years of age at the time of the presentation.

*Non-members of the Society are not eligible for the “Society of Resources and Materials Young Researchers’ Poster Award.” We encourage non-members to take this opportunity to join the Society. You can complete the membership application via the “Membership Information” section on our website.

2. Submission of Manuscripts for Online Proceedings: Thursday, June 18, 2026, at noon – Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at noon (Japan time)

Please enter the following information in the online registration system and submit it.

1. Presentation Information:
   Title
   Names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and MMIJ membership status 
   Abstract (Maximum of 300 words)
   Keywords   *Up to 5 keywords
   Whether the presenter is a “student” or “non-student”
   Whether you wish to enter the “Young Researchers' Poster Presentation Award” (members only)

2. Proceedings:
   Please use the manuscript template to create a manuscript containing only the main text, and upload the resulting PDF file via the web system.

   # Please note that this is different from the PowerPoint presentation to be used on the day of the presentation.

   Please prepare a poster to be displayed on the day of your presentation.

   There is no need to submit your poster in advance; please bring it directly to the venue on the day of your presentation.
