Registration Procedure (Registration is scheduled to begin in June 2026)
To participate in this event, you must complete the online registration and payment process in advance. Please review the online registration procedure on the Registration Procedure page of this website (Coming soon: Registration is scheduled to begin in mid-June).
*On-site registration will not be available.

- Corporate members of this association and members of co-sponsoring organizations may also participate at the same rate as regular members. Please note that you must enter your “Company/Organization Name” and “Membership Number” when registering online, so please confirm your membership number in advance.
*Note: Information for “4. Non-members (General Public)”
- The conference participation fee for non-members is a flat rate, regardless of whether you present a paper.
- If you join as an individual member of the Society before applying for this conference, the total cost is ¥2,000 (Society membership fee) + ¥5,000 (membership fee for July-September (third quarter)) +¥13,000 (early bird this conference fee) += ¥20,000, which is cheaper than participating under the non-member category.
- Non-members are encouraged to join at this opportunity. You can complete the procedure via our website's “Membership Guide”. *Please note: Our fiscal year runs from January to December. We do not confirm membership renewal annually. If you wish to withdraw from the association, you must submit a “Withdrawal” notice by the end of November of the current year.

- If you are employed by a company or organization and receive a salary, please select categories 1–4 (Adult Rates). If this does not apply to you, please select categories 5–6 (Student Rates).

| September 11: Technical Tour |

[Important] The registration periods for the tour scheduled for September 11, the day after the conclusion of this event, differ between ① the “MMIJ Individual Member Priority Registration” period and ② the “Non-Member/General Registration” period. Please note that some tour routes may reach capacity immediately after the start of the selection period for ①. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Details regarding the tour routes and registration procedures will be announced as soon as they are finalized. |

You can select and pay with a credit card when registering through the registration system (Confit).
Credit card payments utilize GMO Payment Gateway's online payment processing service.

*For credit card payments, additional authentication via 3D Secure (authentication service) may be required to prevent fraudulent use.
Authentication methods vary by card issuer and may include:
① Entering an authentication code (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile phone
② Entering a pre-set password
③ Biometric authentication
Please follow the on-screen instructions provided. - Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payment is available when selecting this option during registration via the Confit registration system.
We utilize GMO Payment Gateway's online payment processing service.
A unique “GMO Aozora Net Bank” account for each registrant will be issued, and payment details will be displayed. Please transfer funds to this designated account by the specified payment deadline (each registrant will have a different account number). - Convenience Store Payment
You can select convenience store payment during registration via the Confit system.
An email containing your “Convenience Store Payment Reference Number” will be sent. Please pay at your nearest convenience store (we do not mail dedicated payment slips).

[Important Notice] Each convenience store payment slip has a payment deadline set for each application date. If this payment deadline passes, the payment slip (and its number) becomes invalid. Therefore, you must strictly adhere to both the payment deadline specified by each convenience store and the final payment deadline for this event when making your payment.

How to Issue Invoices and Receipts
Invoices and receipts can be issued until September 30, 2026.

Regarding Bringing Your Participation Certificate
Participation certificates will be available for download after August 6, 2026, once payment has been completed.

Disclosure and Cancellation Policy Pursuant to the Specified Commercial Transactions Act
- If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact the Resources and Materials Society Secretariat (info@mmij.or.jp) via email by Wednesday, August 5. We will refund your participation fee minus the applicable cancellation fee.
- Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after Thursday, August 6.
- Please note that if you fail to notify our secretariat of your cancellation via email and are absent on the day of the event, you will still be required to pay the participation fee.
