Wearable skin gas analyzer has garnered enormous attention in recent times towards noninvasive clinical diagnosis and wearable health monitoring applications [1]. Various gas molecules emitted from the human skin have been identified as valuable biomarkers for detecting diseases, physical conditions and physiological changes in the human body. graphene has attracted much attention as a promising material in the detection of toxic gases due to its excellent physical and chemical properties such as high carrier mobility, single-atom thickness, and large surface area. These properties drive graphene as an ideal material for the field-effect transistor (FET) sensor. Herein, we report the fabrication of Zeolite functionalized chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene nanoribbon FET (ZF-GNR) to detect acetone gas in a real air environment.
